Simply put the aim of Counselling/Psychotherapy is to develop insight. Insight leads to empowerment and understanding, which ultimately leads to effective change and new choices.

In psychotherapy you will be heard and listened to without judgement. Various counselling tools and strategies are implemented to guide you toward personal insight and growth opportunities.
We endorse a person-centred, solution-focused humanistic approach. Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT) interventions are utilized as research consistently supports its effectiveness. All of my services are provided to most effectively achieve results and positive outcomes.
